Now that it is possible to get information by just clicking through search engines, public libraries are also becoming less popular especially among young people. If you love books and want to encourage your community to visit the library, you can use social media to promote it. Here are ways you can spread the word about your public library on social media platforms:

1. Set your goals.

For you to establish a good social media campaign, it’s important that you know where you are going. This is the importance of creating a plan. Write down your goals as well as your objectives, then you can start marketing via social media.

2. Start with a single channel.

Isn’t it exciting to join all of these platforms we see on the Internet? Before you grow on many networks, you have to establish yourself on a single platform first. It allows you to get a hang of things before reaching to a larger audience.

3. Follow a schedule in posting your content.
